Hi, can someone advise whether battery connection is negative, or positive earth on a 76 Clubman. I know its a stupid question, but just trying to rule out why I can't get spark to the plugs. Have new sports coil, and electronic distributor, and have power to all but the plugs.

All Minis sold here with an alternator were NEG earth. Including all Clubbies.

If you have hooked the dizzy up with POS earth you have probably toasted the electronic module.
