Has something changed it the ausmini database setup? I have had to log in about 6 times today...
Not a problem, just wondering WHY. :?
No probs with the other 4 tabs I keep running.

I think it must be because people keep too many tabs running ;-)

Nothing that i know of should have required a log in.

cheers

If you use a book mark or "favourites" then ditch that and try goggling Ausmini...then login.

I am having no problems logging in atm...but if I ever have that problem, I go cookie hunting

Good idea Mick, I'll get rid of the Mac Chrome cookies.

Yep, it will be the browser setting not allowing you to re-login without a password.

Well I cleared the cache etc, it made no difference. I am using Chrome on a Macbook Air.
What happens is I am logged in on mini chat. I go browse something else for a while, go back to ausmini, click on mini chat again to refresh the list, then it makes me log in again. It has been doing this since yesterday. :?

Are you switching to incognito/private tabs or Windows?

Date and time accurate?

Any new extensions/addons that may clash?

Nope, no private tabs, just plain vanilla Chrome browser.
Date & time are correct.
No addons, I run Os10 Mavericks. No windoze.

I can click on all my other tabs- eg Yahoo7 mail, minimania, wp, etc and they all log in fine.
Chrome is remembering my ausmini login name & password, but ausmini keeps prompting me to log in. Even when I'm in there already for hours. Strange. But it's only 1 mouse click, so it's not the end of the world.

I HATE chrome (in the same league as Norton for being resource hungry and trying to take over your life!)...cept I do appreciate the shiny stuff you see on cars sometimes

Doesn't seem to hog memory on the Mac.

I use chrome on the work computer, and haven't had any problems all week. I've stayed logged in on the phone and iPad too

Works fine here on my android phone. :D
[edit]
I guess it's gotta be the browser. I'll try Safari then.

[edit 2] Am now on Safari, and it let me in OK without login.

So Cookies are still active....

Clear your browsing history then, yes even those naughty favourite sites you love to spend hours on Doc...you know, Wurths, REPCO, Welders Monthly etc :P

CC Cleaner is a good little aid...but not the entire answer:

Dunno if those cclean etc files work on a Mac...!
Anyhow ausmini is working fine now on Safari, but it definitely ran faster under Chrome. YMMV on a PC... :)
