Hey all, im in the process of rebuilding my rear subframe for my van,
I have come accross somewhat a problem.
I have cleaned up and painted the handbrake leavers, and rebuilt the hubs.
I have brand new handbrake cables from minispares.
The issue being the "helper" spring that keeps the arm at tension on the trailing arm seems to be too long.

These are van specific cables, which i have compared too a pair i have from minisport adelaide and the spring is shorter (sedan ones)

Is there specific "van" handbrake arms? I found another random arm which is actually longer.

Has anyone got any experience with this?

I can't remember vans...but I do know sedans had two different lengths over the years.
Not really helpfully.
