Here is one for the brains trust. Can you guess what my camshaft is by the lobe lift only?
I have just measured my lobe lift on my 1330 and I got a mixture of 7.99 - 8mm on both the inlets and exhausts.
This would make it a 0.315" lobe lift on both.

Thanks in advance
Brad

It could only be a wild guess - lobe lift is only one part of a cam shafts spec. You've also got the timing of when the valves open and close -that's kinda important.

I didn't want to pull half the motor apart just for the fun of it. I have found a few on the google thingy with 8mm lift.
Kent 544/643(Fast road), C-aeg-597 and C-aea-595 (Super sprints), Kent 290 sp (Race)
Because my car idles fairly smoothly I would say my car has the Kent 544.
