As some of you may already know my minis 1100 had a minor break down after the racing at Hay which included 2 pistons partially melting among other things, this has caused a little damage to the bores.

My question is, can a block with a +0.060 bore be sleeved back to original size, i don't want to bore it bigger to the point of no turning back if i don't have to.

Cheers Tombo.

Sure it's possible, but...
Why not just bore it to +.080", you then still have another rebore left, +.100". or, 68mm if you offset bore it.
IMO it's only worth sleeving 1275 blocks, particularly Cooper S ones, due to value.
998-1098 blocks are a dime a dozen, sleeving one would cost way more than the block is worth.

Graham Russell has +.080" and +.100" flat tops (also has 68mm) with Nippon rings. They are very good.
