Does anyone know anything about this dealership, my car originated from Larke Hoskins , but the rear number plate has Rowley Motors on it, were they from artarmon nsw and were they a bmc dealer?

A Google search on "Rowley motors" and Leyland shows they were an Artarmon dealership, and a Rover dealership in Brookvale in 1979.

It was White / Nicholson BMC at Artarmon in 1965.

I did my Apprenticeship at New Rowley Motors, after it was Rowley Motors, not sure when the change took place as I was in the early 90's when it was Jaguar, Land Rover, Rover and Peugeot, it was a EX JRA Dealer owned by Inchcape, the importer of the mentioned brands and a number of others in its hey day.
in our workshop we had lots of left over BMC items even some tools, I managed to get the Hydrolastic pump from there, now lives with Michael Benton

cant give you any BMC days info I am afraid.
