Yes , not sure what model your car is, but the Mini K , Cooper S is in that position , albeit a different looking knob on the cable , but yes they are push / pull . |

Minis didn't have push pull electrical switches and the 'heater switch' for the Cooper S is actually a control cable located on the left side for the Mk1 and right side for the Mk2 ,with the choke on other side. The Cooper S heater has an on/off switch mounted on the unit for the fan. Mini Deluxe ,Matic,Mini Minor etc usually have the windscreen washer pump mounted on right side ,with choke a T piece to the right of that under dash, and if fitted with a heater, the control is on left side |
