Post subject:  what is this threaded hole?

hello world

I have always wondered what the threaded hole at the top pf the B-pillar was for. Now i assume it's for a seatbelt, so please correct me if i'm mistaken. The car didnt come with any and there wasn't anything bolted to the threaded holes when we got it and stripped it.

the main issue is, does anyone know what size bolt/thread is required for the holes?

Used there on early cars. On later cars they lowered the hole.
