I was wondering if anybody has any sudgestions.

Way to much crank case presure i presume.
Oil is coming up the bearcan and right up into the PCV valve, and then getting burnt off when the motor is running.(out the exhaust)
If i remove the PCV, I get an oil leak out the rear main.
The engine is brand new less that 1000km
Is it a problem with the PCV.

These things can get blocked with sludge on high mileage cars, and jam open.
I'd say the valve in the PCV is not working properly. The way it works is, the light spring holds it open and manifold vacuum closes it (but not fully).
Take it apart and make sure the valve is not stuck and also check there's no holes in the diaphragm.
If you run the motor with the PCV setup disconnected it should not blow heaps out the breather- if it does you may have a blowby problem (pistons & rings).

OK an engine only done 1000km and if you take the PCV off it leaks out of a seal?
Mate have you glazed the bore? IE presurising the sump.
What engine is it? an engine without PCV will need at least two breathers. A big or worked 1275 you'll need three.
Shouldn't leak.

If you only have a leak out the rear main when PCV is NOT connected, I's say you have probably stuffed that clutch seal fitting it. The vac from the PCV is just keeping the oil away from the seal....
