I wouldn't want to be on top deck at a round about, or be driving it with some one up there that's of generous proportions.

Good old Waspy. I think he was the inspiration for the "register a toilet brush" quote. He had a thatched cottage and an English pub as well, amongst other weird mini based and road-legal weirdness.
