I think we should pressure Mick into getting these made in a suitable hardy material with the appropiate size centre hole.

Maybe I'll have a batch made up and sell them for what I get them + stamp. Maybe?

Ok, I'll get onto my manufacturing pals. I'll make them as a one-two. You buy one you get the pair. I'll see if I can get 100 sets. No promises though! It could take a little while.

What do you call the manufacturing process by which you cut a shape, etch and paint a piece of plastic anyway? Plastic cut and etchery?

Thankyou for posting that degree wheel image, it came in handy today.
It was simplicity itself to print it out, stick it onto same card and cut a hole in the middle. With that, a bent-wire pointer and a dial indicator, we now have a timed in cam. :wink:

That might work too... I didn't notice the request for metal.

I suppose some plastics might crack as you apply some tight to the crank bolt. I've been using paper glued to light ply, so it hasn't been a problem, but I see what you mean.
