Post subject: | 850 interior |
Hi all, I am restoring a standard 1964 mk 1 850 Mini in Nurburg white and I'd like to keep it as original as possible. The car has matching engine/body numbers but does not have an original interior so I'm not sure what color scheme the seats, doors, dash etc should be for this body colour. Does anyone have a photo of the interior of an original Nurburg White Mini they could post up or send me as reference? Thanks Dave |

You should be able to import very close to original interior front and back seats from England UK, Does any one know the manufacturer who does this 850 interior, their name and website. |

Dave, To answer your initial question about trim colours for your 1964 Morris 850, below are the colour and trim availability advices for early, mid and late 1963, including the Nurburg White body colour. I don't have a 1964 equivalent but I reckon you'd be fairly safe choosing one of these. I assume the first colour listed under Trim is the seat upholstery and door cards, and the second colour the floor mat, but I'm happy to be corrected by someone more knowledgeable on 850's. Perhaps the first is seat and the second door cards, with floor mats all being grey so not listed as there's no choice. ![]() Doug Attachment: Bulletin 53 p1 wm.jpg Attachment: Bulletin 67 p1 wm.jpg Attachment: Bulletin 95 p1 wm.jpg

Hi nifty64 Thanks for the info and link to your build site, great job mate. The blue color is just the one I'm after and the missus prefers this to the red trim. Cheers Dave |

Cheers Dave thanks Dave. I had so many people say you should have a red interior for a white mini. I am so glad I stuck with the blue. just let me know if you need any info on the interior I had a lot of help from Newton commercial (if you want to go down that way) a bit more expensive but so worth it.
