In the process of installing Minispares adjustable suspension arms.

1.
Is there a how to? easy guide on rough suspension settings once i get it all back together? just something rough enough to get me a couple of laps around the block and to the wheel aligner?

2.
The nut on one of the bottom ball joints is knackered. Anyone know the size of the thread? The thread on the ball joint looks fine, so need to source a new nut.

3.
The Tie Rods that came off had a split pin in them at the front of the vehicle. The new adjustable tie rods don't have a split pin hole. ? . should i replace with nylocks? anyone know the thread size?

cheers

I have 165/10 Yoko A008 tyres and my settings are
Camber -1.25 front and - 0.5 rear
Castor +4 deg
Toe 1.5mm front toe out and 2mm rear toe in (1mm each side)

I made my own wheel alignment tools

The 2 front tie bar nuts are 7/16UNF. I only have nylocs - no split pins.

3/8UNF , 7/16UNF and 1/2UNF are used on most of the suspension components.
