Has anyone painted :

Enamel undercoat (por or Kb)
2k undercoat
2k top coat

All at the same time ? Meaning ...

Enamel goes tacky ....
On goes your undercoat ...wait for your flash off time
Then over goes a top coat colour ... However many coats you need ..

Just a process question. Because if I could then I would get my underside done in one hit

There is a thing called out gassing which is where the solvents are still leaving the paint even though it is dry to touch. If you push too hard the top coat may end up with small pimple like bubbles from the gas forcing its way out from the bottom layers.
Remember patience is your friend, don't rush it or may all turn to mud.

I would follow the instructions on the POR15 re recoating. Then put the 2 pack hifill on, let it dry for days because you want to flat it back before the top coats.

I agree with these processes for exterior body panels (you want a neat job )
But for the underfloor I remember someone had trouble with the kb going hard and smooth.... He then had to scuff/sand the whole lot back before undercoating ..... What an effort !
Was just wondering whether I could expedite that rather rather laborious process .
Anyway I will do some testing and see what happens

I have used Baslac (BASF) 1K EP Primer straight over bare metal. While it's tacking off, spray with 2K top colour coat.
The best primer paint I've ever used (and still use) in wheel arches/under floor is Dulux Metalshield Zinc Primer. After 25 years on my mini, the colour coat and sound deadener have been worn away by wheel-spray in places but the primer coat is still there. It can be painted over with 2K colour coats.
