What is the best product to seal Gallery / welsh plugs?

There may be new products, by Stag is always excellent. Supercheap has it, so does Bunnings from memory.

Here is an old thread I revived when I blew out my welch plugs.

doc had a couple of sealants on page 2
I used CEMENT GASKET 4J LOCTITE
hope it helps
