I have 2 identical 1.6 ohm ballast resistors. Both read 1.7 ohms on my fluke multimeter. With my car at idle one is dropping the voltage from 13v to 8v. The other is not dropping the voltage at all. Any ideas? Thanks

Physics 101 tells you that the one not dropping the voltage is not actually connected.

Common sense 101 tells you not to be fussed because you already have a working set up :roll:
