I know this may be a stupid question but is there a difference in release bearings form an 1100 to a 1275. My thought is not, but when i think back to when i installed the clutch cover i noticed that it was thinner on the 1100. Anyone?

Cheers

Karcraft told me there are 2 types. Standard and Cooper S. I believe the S is a different design......so that's probably the difference you have seen

There are 2 types I know of- early flat type (for the old coil spring clutches) and the later one with the ridge round it (for diaphragm clutches).
The later ones are either made by RHP in UK (good) or are a Jap bearing- JTN? (a POS). One of the latter I trashed in 3 days. :x You DO get what you pay for...
I won't buy them now unless they say `Made in England'.
