The shaft definitely doesn't fit in the bushes. If I was to ream them once fitted I'd probably ream the entire bush off!
Will give the supplier a call

Hey Guys, Picked up a CRK219 to rebuild my 1.5" SU. A few questions: 1: The bush OD is the same size as the shaft OD. Have I got the wrong bushes in the kit? 2: The butterfly wont go into the body. Is it a tight squeeze to pop it in? The old butterfly had a little spring contraption on it but was advised it wasn't needed. Could the butterflies actually be different sizes? Thanks, Adam. |

Sometimes the butterfly's will only go in a certain way as they are shaped for the right fitment or the shaft may need opening. As for the bushings you will prob have to drill out the carb body to fit them if it was never bushed before, if the shaft fits in the bushes it's right if it doesn't fit you got the wrong ones |
