This is the BMC accessory steel sump guard that was fitted to NSW Police country based cars. Three bolts across the front of the subframe and a couple each side. It has a rubber pad at the tail end that rests against the gearbox extension and a cutout for the sump plug. Attachment: eBay A.JPG Attachment: eBay B.JPG

that looks exactly like the holes in the subframe and how it would mount |

I have a Minisport alloy gaurd on my car , nice and light , has a few scars on it , so worth the money, will put one on my van when the time comes . I had an original type on my MK1 years ago , they were fairly heavy . |
