Post subject: | Wheel Bearings |
Hi Guys, So, been looking at some rear wheel bearings, i bought the tapered type... however i have the old ball bearing type bearings in the hub and according to a diagram they had a potentially different arrangement with the handbrake.... Question, can i simply fit the tapered bearings into a standard ball bearing rear housing? or are there different types? will it have any affect? is there anything special i would need to do if i did this? or just standard replacement Cheers, Evan |

Stock handbrake... ???? ![]() Rear Mini hubs (Oz ones anyhow) are all the same. I'd say you have a UK Rover diagram they do have a different cable setup. |
