| Post subject: | Headlight bucket to body - round holes? |
I have a body with the RH wing replaced with a heritage panel. The LH (original) panel takes the usual square hole plastic retainer type nut, to which the headlight bucket attaches:  The new panel has round holes instead:  Should I just find a nut and bolt [or screw] that works here or is there a better method I should use?? Thanks |

Did they use those here from factory? This panel is probably similar to late UK Minis I assume - maybe I should search the UK parts websites. |

I just done up a sprite and it uses nut and screw |

Yeah righto, sounds like I'll just have to use one of those workarounds and either file it square and grab some plastic inserts or use a nut and bolt. Cheers |

Supercheap sells the square plastic inserts in packs on the bolt rack. |

Oooh nice tip, alright I might do the file plus square plastic insert method. At less then it will be all consistent and local style. Thanks all. |
