surprised no-one has responded to this yet! i bet someone is doing this at the same time as me...
to post a pic, you need to:
1. host the pic(s) you want to post. a good place to do this is
http://www.photobucket.com. its easy and quick.
2. after you ahve the pic hosted, you need its link. the actual pics link, not the link of the page it is on. photobucket gives you the link under the pic on its site.
3. copy the link and paste it in here hwere you type. then, there is a button up the top of the text box that says "Img", highlight the link then press this button.
4. if you want to type anything else, make sure it is outside the image tags. they look like (the first is open tag, the second is close. you need the first one at the start, and the last one at the end. i know that sounds obvious, but still...)
5. press "preview" to make sure it worked, then press "submit if it has! if it hasnt, revise the steps, check your link, make sure you have closed the tags...
that should sort you out!
