I use a small sand blasting cabinet with glass beads and it works great on alloys, steel, etc for paint removal and light rust/oxidation etc to clean up. You can get at supercheap or other parts/tool stores for $150-$200 and the great thing is it recycles the media. Not sure if you can use soda in it but can't see why not? Cheers Rod |

Cheers Rod Thanks Rod, I've got a cabinet already. I'd be using this for things too big to go in the cabinet |

I have a different type of pot one which works OK but is slow with my compressor. I use garnet to blast. I found using an old 3 person tent was good for containing the blast media and paint coming off the item being blasted. |

Looks like a good idea. I just chuck the hose from my cabinet blasting gun into a bag of soda outside lol. But this looks like a better option and a good price. |
