Hey Guys,

So the previous owner has f***ed the rear wheel bearing thread on my rear arms, and i need to change them. does anyone know how to replace the rod that goes through the rear wheel bearing? snooping around at it looks like it has a clip but the end seems fragile so i dont want to go swinging a hammer at the end without knowing the official way...

I have plenty of spare, just need to know how to get them out of the arm.

Cheers
Evan

I use a press to get them out, and to put the new on in.

the clip is to stop it going to far when putting the replacement axel in.
Note
these parts have a left hand thread for the left side and right hand thread
on the other side, so make sure you select the correct one for side you are working on,

Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.
