Hello, I have just got my 80mm smiths classic tacho back from being rebuilt. It has a 90mm bezel and I am now after a mounting bracket that would allow me to place it on the dash in line with the steering column. Any idea where I could find one. I got the gauge from ebay. Manly Auto Instrument Repair fixed it for me and did a A++++++ job if anyone needs stuff done. Great work and cheap too. Cheers Dave |

LOL... the red dash is VERY distinctive isn't it? ![]() ![]() It is my car now... yesterday it was owned by someone else. ![]() I picked it up from the seller tonight at 7:30pm. It's my weekend car. ![]() I live in Brighton East. Apparently the owner before the Seaford one also lived in Brighton East... I never noticed it driving round my hood but he had it for 10 years. I think it was in workshops for a lot of that time. ![]() |

Mini Sport (the Australian one that trades on Ebay) have a chrome pod for the classic tacho listed on Ebay for 30 odd dollars, which unlike most their products is actualy a reasonable price. |
