Well, I would rather it be loved and used and left hand drive than rotting at the bottom of a lake or out in a field.

It looks very nice, especially for a mini in the US. Some of them don't quite add up (due to the allowed age of imports)

Here is a nice 40th anniversary model, made in 1969... (work that one out!)

If I lived in USA and had to play chicken with big Dodge Rams, Ford F350s etc I would want my Mini LHD too!
It's a safety thing.

Having driven in the USA in both rhd and lhd it does not make a lot of difference .

You do get used to it... I occasionally drove two Minis to work (on different daze :). One LHD and the other RHD ..and the TR8 was LHD. Only once did I have a spot of brain fade ..but the bus reminded me 8-0

Miniing ..US Style ... yes it is LHD
