Seen this on a new channel on foxtel looked to be some sort of glue which needed a blue light to set hard

You can still buy the red and amber lens paint, autobarn has it. Comes in a bottle with brush in cap. ~$13.

Note the warning that it may induce fine hairline cracks that are not their fault though!
