Seen this on a new channel on foxtel looked to be some sort of glue which needed a blue light to set hard

This light lense repair would look good if they used that red lense paint you used to be able to buy

You can still buy the red and amber lens paint, autobarn has it. Comes in a bottle with brush in cap. ~$13.

Note the warning that it may induce fine hairline cracks that are not their fault though!
I've still got some in the cupboard as it happens.
