Hi all, I was doing some work on the shell, getting it ready for paint, stripping it down and whatnot. Then i came across this little turn switch. For the life of me nor dad, can either of us figure out what it would have been for...it doesnt look factory, possibly a period modification. It was located down towards the bottom right of the steering wheel, screwed to the underside of the lower dash rail. Any help is appreciated, cheers, Phil ![]() ![]() |

Great post. I found one on the rust bucket and also wondered what it was for. ![]() Winabbey, do you have a copy of the separate radio booklet the operator's manual talks about? I'm after some details & diagrams so I can refurbish the radio correctly. Eiles |

Its a Variable resistor same thing as a old treble or bass knob in a stereo or radio You could even probably use one out of a old stereo or radio to replace it if it didn't work and stuck finding one |
