That is pretty bad, I would find another diff centre. Plenty about, PM me if you can't find one local. |

I had the same problem when rebuilding my diff, and looked through many diff housings to find one that wasn't worn... The later (A+) diff housings have locating tabs on the thrust washers so that the spider gears and washers get worn, and the housing does not. http://www.minispares.com/product/Class ... If you want to avoid this wear in the future, it is possible to fit the A+ tagged washers to the early housing with a little judicious filing or grinding. |
