Hi all, Got the mini out into the beautiful sunshine today. Kids jumped in and turned the key after a few months of not turning it over. Fired well and warmed up well. Strange question here though, opened the car door and the rubber came away with the door. Anyone know of any correct glue to stick back a detached rubber? Zulu |

You could try selleys kwikgrip but I would buy a new rubber which comes with the pinch weld attached. It pushes onto the body flange, no glue required. |

I bought a can of rubber adhesive from Scott's Old Auto rubber. Surely Clarke or other rubber outlets would have something suitable. |

A few dabs in the middle of the straight bits only... you may want to remove/change it one day..... ![]() Cheers, Ian |
