Could somebody please let me know the correct fasterners to hold the windscreen washer bottle retaining bracket to the firewall. During the repaint we inadvertently filled the holes. I assume self tappers? Thanks in advance. |

Washer bottle brackets fixed with 2 metal thread screws spring washers and nuts. Holes are too big for self tappers. Parts list gives screw as PMZ0308 which is zinc plated pan head Number 10 x 1/2inch. |

I cut up an 850 shell a few months back and it had self tappers. I remember having to get the impact screwdriver onto it because I wanted to keep the washer bottle bracket. Maybe the CKD cars had the screws and nuts. The UK cars have a screw, 2 washers and a nut listed as the fastener. http://www.somerfordmini.co.uk/eshop/in ... page&id=82 |

I have some considerable stocks of the original self tappers used in all the vehicles I have been associated with. |
