Post subject: | popped knuckle joints |
Hi, Recently reinstalled the rear subframe and trailing arms and shockers etc and left car on rear wheels with a spit attached to the front. Moved it several times around shed and bounced on the shockers a few times. now i find the knuckle joints have popped out. what is supposed to stop this happening ie just the shocker. I used the old trumpet with new cones and knuckles and rebuilt trailing arms. Any suggestions or ideas. All help appreciated Regards Graeme |

The shock stops the trailing arm from dropping too far down and pulling out of the joint / rubber cone / trumpet etc |

Just had a better look and it seems the rubber dust seals have pulled off the cup rather than the ball pulled out |
