Not sure if that is even possible as they would have hit bump stops before being tucked under the arches nearly as much as that.

They look like standard 12" steels. One of the Japanese mini shops stock the hubcaps.

The ride height is photoshopped

I've got a set of those wheels with hub caps to match. They are black but would look heaps better in OEW.
