Just looking into transporting two minis, one is a panelvan leyland, otheris leyland sedan. Is there any way they would fit on a 5m trailer back to back? Im not sure how much overhang id get if i reverse on van, and have front of sedan over hang other end? Anyone know those meaurments, i know total length would be 6.5 approx, so im not overly hopeful, just wondering if anyone knows measurements past the wheels (allowing for them to be fully in co tact with trailer. Just weighing up my options to picks cars up myself or chuck on a back load. Would be a 3000km round trip

I think the law now states that when towing a car on a trailer there is to be no overhang past the trailer edge. That is for Queensland. I have no idea if it is same over all states.

If your tow vehicle is a single cab flat tray you could run one in the tray and one in the trailer. I've done it with minis, mokes and vans before.

Thanks for that, replied. Transport sorted will have two new projects and both cars loaded to the brim with parts in about three weeks :-)
