Hi all, I am wondering if GENUINE PBR rebuild kits are availiable for vh44s? I see some places selling diaphragms.. But are major kits available? (Diaphragms, air filter, control valves, piston seal and shaft, rod seal etc). I accidentally brought a kit advertised as PBR and it turned out to be Chinese rubbish that is non compatible. A lot of the seals I can probably source items the right size and possibly machine shafts etc.. But its a lot of effort if there is a compatible major kit availiable? Cheers |

I seem to remember seeing a listing for the overhaul kits recently. I know the control valve parts are available because I had Burt Bros Fairfield (NSW) convert my Mk1 Lockheed booster to use the PBR piston and cups. Bill |

i had no luck in finding a genuine repair kit. Sent my booster off to a brake specialist who matched the seals etc from there stock |

Just send the whole assembly to Hydroboost and you will get it back looking and working like new. End of story. |
