Metal RH tanks are available from Minisport in Adelaide. I remember seeing plastic ones online but I think it it was a UK site.

I think it's Paul Gulson in Beaudesert.

Yes it was Paul. He had a run of Plastic Airboxes and R/H tanks done about 10 years ago.

Paul Gulson had a machine that he made himself. I saw it. He produced approx 500 tanks and sold them all over the world. The tanks he made had a great finish, better than a two pack paint job. He later sold the machine. I will try and find out who has it now. I will get in touch with Paul. He does not live far from me.

I have contacted Paul Gulson who was the person that made the Machine that makes the RH fuel tanks. He sold the machine to a guy who's name is Jeff in Brisbane. I rang Jeff and he said that the machine is at present out of action as it is waiting for some running maintenance and repairs to be done. He should have it up and running again soon. He was also telling me that he is thinking of selling the machine as he is going into some other business which will take up his whole time. So If you know of any one who wants to buy the machine plus info of all materials, suppliers and manuals for it let me know. There is quite a demand for these tanks and most of them apparently go to Europe and other parts of the world. So Far about 700 tanks have been produced and sold and he still has demand. Keeps no stock on hand.

I bought a metal one from Minisport. Very well made and finished although expensive (what isn't?). Can recommend them.
Had trouble fitting it to an early shell but it was the fault of the bracket alignment in the boot of an early shell.
