I'm thinking of getting one just to see how many owners the minis had on these number plates (my plates are premier state plates and weren't around in 1974)

Id say I could get it done at the rms centre or what ever they call the place now to pay by cash

As long as your mini has never been registered in another state you will be right

Well I know it don't have its original plates so it would be from the plates on the thing now id say between 1985-1987 they were changed

we had a 87 Honda accord from the original owner with or---- and the minis og----

Ive done it on a beetle ive brought with rego it says how many owners its had but doesn't tell you who owned it
