Hi all just got the car running today but my ignition light stays on while it's running what could the problem be? |

It's a new alternator and battery |

Wrong/loose wiring? Run a multimeter across the battery terminal while it's running, that will tell you straight away if alternator is working or not. |

Does the ignition light come one when Key is turned on and stays on after engine is started and running or Light comes on only after engine is started? |

Convertible mini it comes on and stays on when engine is running. |
