Can someone out there tell me which is the correct indicator glass for my 1970 Mini K Van.

Pictured below are the 2 x lenses taken from my van which are different.

To add to my confusion today I found on gumtree someone selling a pair of indicators and they don't match either and look very similar to mine...

Is this a coincidence or do they often break and are replaced with what ever can be found?
