Hello,

I am currently reading into different ideas and stumbled across the Supercharger!

I like the sound of the Australian kit to fit a Toyota MR2 supercharger!

However being from the UK they are few and far between!

I am looking to keep the cost of the build quite reasonable, and found it would be cheaper to buy this from Australia and ship it to the UK than it would be to use a kit more commonly found over here!

The plan is to build a lightened & balanced MG 1100, and then fit the supercharger, whilst retaining my Reece Fish carb!

What are some thoughts and advice people can give?

Are these supercharger quite easy to come by over there?

the Sc12 are almost 20 years old and getting quite difficult too come across. would almost have too buy a front cut from japan too get a hold of 1 which would essentially render the whole cheaper side out the window.

if you were running a 1275 that's been bored out too a 1380 is suggest looking at an SC14 there easier too find & the differences compered too the sc12 are minimal but i feel it may be a bit big for an 1100 as there designed for a 1.6L 4agze but may be worth checking out a StarletGT forum too see if anyone has run an Sc14 with success on there cars

Why not buy a new Supercharger and adapt the Reece Fish? (or not, as the case may be)
