I found a couple of these amongst a box of parts that I have. I was wondering what they are and what purpose they have. |

Loop bracket for a leyland front seat lock. Stops the seat flying forward in an accident. Bolts to the floor pan. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182251458215 |

Interesting, I have holes in the floor of my Morris in line with where these would go. I can only assume by this that at some point in its life it had Clubman seats fitted. Cheers, James. |

Got some like this too. The seat has a sprung hook that clasps onto the bracket. Pull the lever, hook releases from bracket and seat can be tilted forward to allow passengers into the back seat |
