I had a mate make me a tail for the under side of the thermostat for the by-pass hose. I asked him to make it in brass but he accidentally made it in Bronze.
Will it be ok or will there be a reaction of some kind?

I have a table showing galvanic reaction between a number of common metals.
It shows that brasses and bronzes, in general, react much the same as each other when in contact with other metals - bronzes just slightly more reactive.
Using rust inhibitor should stop any galvanic reaction between any metals in the cooling system.

I have made brass and bronze ones for years, they outlast the head. Unlike the stock steel or iron ones.
