Hi: A 3.5 inch rim with 145 width tyre does not fit under the boot floor of my Countryman. The original tyre size was 5.20, which I am guessing is an imperial size and narrower than 145?? Is my guess correct, and if so any idea where I can get a 10 inch by 5.20 tyre?
Thank you.

5.20x10 was a cross ply tyre, not a radial ply. 145-10 was the radial replacement, first fitted as standard on the Cooper S.
I doubt 5.20x10 tyres are still made, and their handling was poor compared to radials.
