I'm in the process of removing the left hand guard on my 72 clubman . Removing to repair inner panel due to hit in off centre left front so guard is repairable so want to save it. Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated . Thank in advance Neil . |

I grind down a suitably sized drill bit so it's almost flat. Lots of patience. Sore wrists. |

I was about to mention putting an inner guard on as well. It's easier to join at rear near shock mount than drilling out a stack of spots. |

Spent last two days stripping and cutting up donor car . Not a lot that's any good but getting what I can of it . Body badly rusted and twisted from a bad hit in right rear . |
