Hoodlining was 2 pieces in 850. My early '66 S has 1 piece lining which has holes punched into the cant rail to take the ends of metal stays that hold the hoodlining up towards the roof. Photo does not seem to have holes in cant rail.
The long half-roll on the drivers side of the tunnel is for the battery cable. Your photo shows the battery cable held to the clips meant for the RH hydro pipe and brake line.
The fuel line is in about the right position.
If you look at the clips spot-welded to the floor on both sides of the tunnel, there is a large tang to hold both Hydro lines; the smaller tangs are for fuel (LHS) and brake pipe (RHS) - as viewed from driver's seat.
....and the two plates at the rear of the floor pan are early protectors of the original hydro lines (before introduction of the full length variants).
