Is there anyone bringing in front cuts or engine/gearbox assemblies these days? Tried Josh from Mini Imports but he can't help. |

"Import monster" - you'll have to buy the complete car, they will chop it and ship it over. The only two I've investigated, there's bound to be more. Silas |

they're a lot harder to get these days, the huge numbers that were sold to the general 'non enthusiast' public have all been scrapped and cut up, the rest are with enthusiasts |

Since you are in Adelaide, try Iron Chef Imports. The owner is a mate of mine. If he can't help you, he might be able to recommend someone. |

I am only after the engine and gearbox assembly. Bringing in a complete car maybe a costly option for this. |

In that case I'd be buying one from the uk. Ebay.uk has some nice spi/mpi motors, and some sellers mention the option of international shipping. Silas |

Are you just after a 'Replacement' one or updating an older car to Rover specs. |

I wanted to know if anyone still imports front cuts, as I am after the A+ gear box and associated bits (drop gears, side housing, 1275 primary gear) to upgrade from a standard A series rod change box. |
