I have 6x10 revo wheels on my mini and need flares that are 2.5 inch wide. have tried Wand p style and they are the right size at the front but rears arent even 2inch wide (most kits seem to be like this?) Anyone sugest a flare kit that would work, I dont want to go up to 3 inch as that will look a bit too wide at teh front.
Cheers,
Steve

The rears are smaller because if you have a "standard" set up and equal offset the rear wheels stick out slightly less relative to the metalwork (when measured at 12 o'clock on the wheel arch)

Do you have the correct rear drum spacers to suit your front brakes?

I have "so called" 2.25inch W&P copies, the rear just covers the tyre at 12 o'clock, but then curve inwards towards the rear end of the car. You can see a lot of tyre from behind the car, but it still covers it at the very top. The front flare covers the tyre almost all the way around.

Mine measure 2.125" on the front and 1.750" on the rear (I love metric!)
I didn't measure using the rubber sealing strip that comes with these arches, they would add a tiny bit of width

Lucky you! I'd love a pair of them!
I assume you have front discs then, as I think almost all minifins have 1inch spacers to suit discs?

from my car I think the rears should be about 3/8" narrower than the front? Is that about right?

no spacer just the minifin drum (am assuming it is, alloy with fins). Discs on front. Wheels sit out from the gaurd about the same distance front and back, issue is with flared gaurds being different widths from front to back

My GT has revo wheels. But 3 inch flares of unknown origin. They do stick out a long way. Was considering whether to change wheels for contessa's LS's or similar and revert to original gt flares. Will be interested if you find something suitable.

Pic for reference:
