Rockingham? Really? Where?

I haven't even heard about them!
Let me know their details and I'll be over to check them out like a shot.

Mike

i found a link from southern districts club page thought they might have some info, they are on crompton RD, called mini central and by the contact page its been set up by Al Munday.

http://www.minicentral.com.au/

Plan to have a look next week, and see what they stock, seems more of an engine building service but I have been wrong before and will continue to do so

cheers

Interesting indeed. Would be good if they start to stock new stock too, as well as second-hand stuff...

Yeah I was down there about 2 weeks ago organising some self storage and trailers to move a race car must of travelled back and forth about 4 times without seeing it. As soon as I was told I did a search on it.

cheers

OK, went down & talked to them this morning.
Place was full - about a dozen cars: some fantastic minis, a couple of Morris 1100s
and a yank tank under a tarp.

Not a lot of new spares, but very helpful. Full on mini repairs & tuning.
Had a long chat, and they talked me into joining the Southern Districs Mini Club!

 That was yours?
Can see why you decided to keep it :)

Probably just as well - the wife says I'm supposed to stick to one project car at a time

yup, Mini Central IS Al Munday. Ive never met the guy but have talked to him a few times and got parts from him. He knows his stuff, a lot of the racing Mini guys use him for everything. ;) and he has those plastic brake Master Cylinders, $138 :)

Just a pity Im 2 hours drive away :(
