G'day guys.. how do i get a birth certificate on my mini... any ideas... im located in victoria...who do i contact? has anyone else done this?

I believe there are some records about but they are incomplete. BL trashed and burned on their way back to UK.. 
British Motor Heritage in UK have no records for Oz cars..
