Hi guys, wondering if the floors with the hydro channels are all the same? ie. will a clubman floor fit a 1970 mini 1100 'K'? also is the UK Mk1-5 mini floors the same as the Aust. ones? thanks frank |

If you do a full floor change the only difference is the tunnel where the gear stick is slightly different for rod change box |

Clubman floor (71, 72) is exactly the same as the clubman used the remote change as per mini k. The Leyland mini (somewhere around 73 onwards) front tunnel is a little different because it used the rod change box. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk |

big job fitting new floor, make sure the car is well supported with jack stands and long lengths of timber.4 lengths of timber. I usually level the car with a spirit level that way to can check there is no twist always tack the floor in position and make sure you know where to join the floor there are some good areas to join. Good Luck p7676. You can also brace the door openings tack weld on some 20mm square tube |

unfortunately the extra bump for the rod change gearbox is not the only difference. Passenger side has a different shaped footwell. Not sure what to do now. Would like to keep the original mini K shape. 1970 mini k floor Attachment: wbIMG_20170703_125611129.jpg 197? clubman floor Attachment: wbIMG_20170703_125703466.jpg

Do you need to replace the whole floor? or just front or rear? the fronts are being reproduced and have the earlier "round" shape. http://minisport.com.au/right-hand-fron ... alian-cars Minikingdom online is offering a fluted length for the rears, but unfortunately this is more of a blank section, no captive nuts, and no features at the end of the panel, it is more akin to a "middle" replacement section. https://minikingdomonline.com.au/produc ... oor-lh-rh/ if you're lucky, using the front piece, the middle, and the original end (the only piece that is not reproduced currently) you can make a whole floor, but you will still need a tunnel. A sad state of affairs really but it's all we have to work with. |

If you end up having extra floor pieces (specifically a passenger side section about 24 inches long from the heel board to the cross member) Let me know. I have a half complete section I cut and shut from a god drivers side floor, and rather than seam weld it all I would rather a complete piece. |
